PRODUCTS, WARRANTIES AND DELIVERY
In the following terms SU&PER set out how their products can be purchased, any restrictions in the purchasing and what happens with eventual risks of supply.
SU&PER commercialize between this “site” solely with products fabricated under strict high quality standars.
SU&PER has made its best efforts so that the colors of the products displayed on the Website are as close as possible to reality. Notwithstanding the above, the color of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to various variations depending on the quality of the computer monitor or other factors. In this sense, SU&PER can not guarantee that the colors that appear on the device from which you access the “site” are exactly as in reality.
SU&PER products can include any type of sustainable fabrics and recycled fabrics.
How to place an order
If you want to place an order you have to follow the “purchasing directions” on the “Site”.
Once you have selected one of our Items in the store section of SU&PER.com, you have to select the quantity that you wish to order (solely if that is possible). The selected Item/s can then be transferred to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to my cart” button. You can either add more Items to you cart or proceed to the checkout. In the “Shopping Cart” tab, the User will be informed of the total amount of the order and shipping and transport costs in euros.
Once the user has selected the products, the Website will ask the user for personal data (data to formalize the payment and shipping), required to pay for the product and for SU&PER to send the product/s object of the order.
Before finalizing the purchase process and pressing the “Place order” button as a means of confirming your purchase, the Website will require you to grant an express consent for the processing of your data in relation to the purchase made, according to General Data Proteccion Regulation 2016/679 fully in force since 25th may 2018,the text of which you can consult in the LEGAL INFORMATION area (your order will be submitted at the time you press the “Place Order” button).

After placing an order, you will receive from us an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and the availability of the product/s, to the email address provided. This e-mail will include a detail of the product/s purchased, the total price of the same, the shipping costs and the shipping/billing address.
The contract between you and us will ONLY be formed when we have chargered the price of the items.
The Contract will only relate to those Items whose dispatch we have confirmed in the “Order Shipping Confirmation email”. We will not be obliged to supply any other Items which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Items has been confirmed in a separate Order Shipping Confirmation.
Your order will be fulfilled then within 30 days of the date of the Order Shipping Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
*Please NOTE we only sell products to adults, ages 18 years and older. All service and product orders are subject to our acceptance. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse service for transactions on www.suandper.com (www.suandper.es), terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of SU&PER or its affiliates.
In case of purchase irregularities TEXTIL SANTANDERINA (SU&PER) will submit an email with the purpose of proceeding to correct mistakes previously indicated in the email. If the customer does not proceed to rectify the wrong information, TEXTIL SANTANDERINASU&PER will reject the order and will refund the money.
Additional purchase information
Our purposal is to make easy your purchase and give you all tools to make your experience good. Herein SU&PER describe information in detail about all elements in your purchase.
In the “Shopping Cart” tab, the User will be informed of the total amount of the order in euros. SU&PER accepts different payment methods in the currency SU&PER garments are in. Payment can be made by the payment methods as are indicated in the order process on the site. You will pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with SU&PER at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. Our common payment method is between PAY-PAL although you can use other methods such as REDSYS and we accept debit and credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD) what implies an automatic charge. Once you have completed the payment process SU&PER will sent you an acknowledgment email about your order.
With the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, SU&PER reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer once you have placed your order and we adopt the measures it deems appropriate (for example, and not limited to, the stoppage of the order, the cancellation of the same, notify of the situation to the competent authorities, among others) in case of having indications or suspicions that an order has been made that is fraudulent or that is carried out supplanting the identity of another person. It is for what your order will not be completed until you have not received the “Order Shipping Confirmation Email”.
Your payment information is encrypted and will only be transmitted in a protected form over the internet. The payment is processed via the secured payment service of our partner vendors which conforms to required security standards.
SU&PER does not store the data of the electronic means of payment (credit card, debit or pay-pal system). When you provide this information, you will be doing so through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system and a secure connection between the Website and the electronic provider of the payment service.
RESERVATION OR OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the Items will only pass to you when we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Items, including delivery charges. All purchased Items are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by us. The risk of ownership of Items is transferred to you on delivery.
Once you have placed your order and you have received your Order Shipping Confirmation email, we do our best to process and ship orders as soon as we can. The delivery of the product/s object of the order is made thanks to agreements that SU&PER has with leading transport companies in the sector and with the highest quality standards in the provision of their services. Please keep in mind that we get back-logged during the holiday season and it could take longer. There is a timeframe between 1 day or 10 days (working day) to sent your order. After that there ir another timeframe where you will receive your order.
In the event that incidents arise with the shipment of the products, the transport company in charge of the shipment will make the necessary arrangements to finalize it, being able to contact you by phone or by email to verify the shipping address, contact person, agree the conditions of the delivery or solve any other incident.
SU&PER and its carriers will NOT be shipping or delivering on:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Christmas Day
- Easter Season
Warranty of the items purchased
In accordance with the applicable regulations, SU&PER will be liable for manufacturing defects. The Customer must send an email to [email protected] notifying the incident regarding the manufacturing defect in question within the term of 48 hours from the delivery and SU&PER will respond to this email as soon as possible with the details on how to proceed in response to the circumstances. The Customer must prove the defect and remit the defective product, if possible, in its original packaging. The return must be made to the address indicated below, within fourteen (14) calendar days from our confirmation by email to your request:
Once the product has been received and checked, if it actually has manufacturing defects, SU&PER will proceed to replace the defective product with another one without defects or, in its case, with the repair of the damaged product. In the event that repair or replacement is not possible because the defective product is not on sale or is sold out, SU&PER will offer the Customer other similar products that can replace the defective one. Likewise, SU&PER will proceed to reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the Client to send SU&PER the defective product, if applicable. In the event that the product/s returned in response to the circumstances described in this section do not have manufacturing defects covered by the legal guarantee, SU&PER will inform the Customer, indicating the alternatives available to them in relation to the same and to the circumstances of the specific case (for example, but not limited to, return of the same product/s paid in the state they are in, replacement of the product/s with additional cost, repair of the product/s to the Client’s cost, among others).
Returns, Refunds and Recycle Products
The return period is 14 calendar days that will start from the day of the delivery of the order.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made by the customer. This process can take between 10 and 20 days once the order has arrived at the warehouse.
Exceptionally and due to coronavirus epidemic, Santanderina has adopted some restrictions to stem the spread. One of it concerns to the period of returning the purchased goods. It is interrupted from now on, and it will finish when the State of Alarm had end and we had turned round to the normal activity.
To return a product of your order, you only need to enter it inside of the same box, sticking the return sticker on the outside of it and send it by postal mail or courier, running you with the shipping costs.
In the cases of return by exercise of the right of withdrawal (change of opinion on the purchase, as long as it is admissible): SU&PER will proceed to refund the amount of the returned product/s, through the same means of payment by the that the purchase was made by the Client, discounting the shipping costs of the order initially paid. The cost of returning the product will be paid by the customer
Under no circumstances, SU&PER will accept any change or return of any product that is sent by the Customer to freight collect.
In the event that the product/s returned in response to the circumstances described in this section do not meet the requirements for their return or change, SU&PER will inform the Customer, indicating the alternatives available to them in relation to the circumstances of the specific case (for example, but not limited to, return of the same product/s paid for, replacement of the product/s with additional cost, repair of the product/s of the Client, among others).
Returns & Exchanges
For hygienic-sanitary reasons, the returns of the masks are only allowed with the sterilized packaging closed.
The return of masks that do not have a sterilized packaging will not be allowed.
